Ford Custom – U-Shaped Design
Our customer came to us unsure of what design she wanted – the only request was a campervan that felt cosy and gave her a place to truly relax.
As she is over 6ft tall, we recommended our U-shaped seating layout. This allowed us to tailor-make the seating to a comfortable height while still providing plenty of headroom.

The kitchen is a real highlight, featuring a solid oak worktop that ties the whole design together beautifully. And is fully equipped with:
- 2-burner hob and sink
- Soft-close drawer system
- Two storage cupboards
- 50-litre fridge with removable freezer section
To keep adventures fully powered, we fitted a Victron DC-DC charger, solar charging system, 240V system and charging system, USB C / USB sockets / 240v socket.
For comfort and privacy, the van is finished with Van-X blackout curtains – perfect for a great night’s sleep.
The colour-coded pop-top roof with matching canvas not only looks stunning but also provides standing space inside and an extra cosy bed above, complete with its own reading light.
All of this is cleverly designed within a SWB Ford Custom, proving that you don’t need a huge vehicle to have space, comfort, and style.
